Welcome to the Vascular Center, a unique, collaborative approach to vascular
care available only at The Nebraska Medical Center. We are the only center in
the region devoted to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of circulatory
system diseases. The Vascular Center brings together experienced specialists
from vascular surgery, cardiology, interventional radiology, neurosurgery, and
cardiothoracic surgery to concentrate and share their skills in the treatment of
vascular diseases. Using this approach assures patients a more comprehensive and
cohesive approach to their care.
The Vascular Center uses the most advanced diagnostic tools to provide fast and
efficient evaluation. Our noninvasive vascular laboratories provide a full range
of studies for carotid and extremity circulatory abnormalities. Advanced imaging
studies used by the Vascular Center include:
